Public Health Control Company In The United States Exclusively Serving Large Commercial Areas
Ivy Oaks Analytics is an innovative public health control company aiming to make outdoor recreation safer through modernized techniques. The majority of camps, parks, neighborhoods and other large outdoor recreation areas have either no strategy or an incomplete strategy to threats including ticks, mosquitoes and poison ivy. This has unfortunately resulted in incidents of guests at these areas contracting diseases including Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and having allergic reactions from preventable causes.
Summer camps, parks, neighborhoods and similar outdoor recreation areas truly are amazing places of social, physical, and personal growth. Injuries and diseases should never occur in such cherished settings. We firmly believe no one should endure physical harm and suffer from something that is preventable. Our founder was hospitalized as a child at summer camp from poison ivy and worked at a camp where a child contracted Lyme disease. These injuries are not the future. Solving this problem is deeply personal to us and our clients. Ivy Oaks Analytics is a proud partner of Global Lyme Alliance in their mission to conquer Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases.
The original idea for Ivy Oaks was formed many years ago by our founder in his last year of summer camp. One evening while throwing football in a designated play field a pass was missed and the ball landed in the brush. He picked up the football and continued playing before it was time to go into the cabin. He woke the next morning confused and aching with a swollen face, blisters, hives, and the cringing faces of his cabin mates. He was immediately taken to the hospital by camp staff where it was later determined he had an allergic reaction to poison ivy.
Isaiah later worked in summer camps and noticed poison ivy was still prevalent in common areas which resulted in many injuries. Ticks were also a threat in these camps. After seeing a camper contract Lyme disease he knew action was needed.
Ivy Oaks Analytics was formed in 2015 with the summer of 2016 being our first season of operations.
